Domestic Shipping
My Little Princess Boutique.Com offers three shipment options: UPS Shipments sent via UPS will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of shipment that will provide you with full in-transit details and an expected delivery date.
UPS
UPS orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of the business day they are received, and arrive within five business days from the day they are shipped. UPS delivers from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. By calling UPS, you can request special services such as specified delivery dates and times.
For deliveries to corporate or business addresses, we ship via UPS Ground service; you get a delivery commitment of one to five business days, and the same quality, careful handling and in-transit information for which UPS is known.
For addresses not serviced by UPS orders may take up to three days to process and ship from the My Little Princess Boutique.Com Distribution Facility, and will be received up to five business days after that. If your order falls into one of these categories, you will be informed at checkout.
Please Note:
Orders to rural addresses may take one extra business day.
Orders to certain areas of Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional one or two business days.
There is no Shipping for PO box orders.
UPS 2Day
UPS 2Day orders that are received by 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time are processed and shipped the next business day. For most U.S. locations, orders will arrive within two business days by 4:30 p.m. (7:00 p.m. to residential addresses).

Unless otherwise specified, UPS 2Day orders will require a signature at time of delivery.
UPS 2Day is not available for PO boxes, APO, FPO or AEO addresses, or to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories.
UPS Overnight
UPS Overnight orders that are received by 11:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time are processed and shipped the next business day we receive them and should arrive by 3:00 p.m. the following business day.

UPS Overnight is not available for PO boxes, APO, FPO or AEO addresses, or to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories.
If UPS Standard Overnight service is not available to your zip code, we will upgrade you to UPS
Priority Overnight at no additional charge.
UPS Priority Overnight is available for orders placed by 11:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time on Fridays.

Please note that we cannot ship out side of U.S.A. due to legal restrictions.
Tracking Your Order
To find out the status of your shipment, contact UPS directly and they will look it up using your tracking number. There are three different ways you can find your tracking number:
Receipt Page
When checking out, the final page you see will summarize the details of your order. Bookmark that page and check it later for the tracking information, which is updated when your order ships.
Email Confirmation
As soon as we ship your order, we'll send you an email confirmation, which will include your tracking number. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at mylittleprincessboutique@yahoo.com and we will send you your tracking number.
Check Order Status Page
You can also visit the My Little Princess Boutique.Com Check Order Status Page, where you will enter the email address you gave us with your billing address when you placed your order. If you have ordered with us more than once, you will also need to enter your order number.
If your shipment tracking number confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please contact your carrier. My Little Princess Boutique.Com is not responsible for refunds or replacement shipments on orders where the shipment tracking confirms delivery.
Undeliverable Orders
Undeliverable orders -- including UPS 2Day and Overnight orders that are sent to PO boxes -- will be returned to the My Little Princess Boutique.Com distribution center. If you provided an e-mail or phone number when you placed your order, a customer service representative from My Little Princess Boutique.Com will contact you. At that time, you will be given the choice of providing an alternate shipping address, getting a refund (if you paid with a credit card) or getting store credit Refunds and store credits will be given for the product purchased and any applicable taxes, but will not include shipping charges.
Please Note:
Shipment time guarantees do not apply in the case of undeliverable packages.
Backordered Items
My Little Princess Boutique.Com does not accept orders for items that are not currently in stock. In the unlikely event that such an order is placed, we will immediately ship all in-stock items, and will ship the backordered item via express service as soon as it is available.
In the extremely rare event that the item you ordered is still out of stock after thirty days, we will notify you and give you the option of continuing to wait for your order or canceling your order.
If we are unable to fulfill your request for an item, we will refund your credit card for the amount of the product, plus any applicable taxes and shipping charges.
Definition of a Business Day
All shipping times are based on business days. Business days include all weekdays (Monday through Friday), but not weekends. For example, UPS Overnight orders placed on a Friday before 11:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time should arrive on the next business day, Monday. UPS Overnight orders placed after 11:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time on Fridays will be processed the next business day, Monday, and arrive the business day after that, Tuesday.
