Returns Within 30 Days

For up to 30 days, you may return any item that malfunctions due to defects in materials or workmanship. We will replace your item with a functioning version of the same or equivalent product. If the original item is not in stock or is otherwise unavailable, we will provide a replacement of equal or greater value (excluding shipping and handling).

If your shipment tracking number confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please contact your carrier. In the event of an undeliverable shipment,

Requesting a Return

Please be aware that we cannot accept return merchandise that has been used do to heath liability and is not in the original package or arrives without an RMA number on the outside of the package. Please note that store credits cannot be processed until we have received your returned merchandise. Postage for shipment of returns is the responsibility of the customer. In the case of credit card refunds it may take a full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. We never resell returned merchandise.
